Hi. Im very haply with the zen roast. But Im wondering what brand is the gas stove you use in the video? I really like it.  Thank you.

Hi Isaac,
The brand of the gas stove is Iwatani. It’s the most popular brand in Japan. But I could find some on amazon.com.
I hope you could get one!
