Shaking beans during roasting

Do I need to constantly shake the Zenroast and beans during roasting? Or do I need to shake only occasionally especially during the early stages of roast?

Hi Jefferson, Yes you need to shake beans constantly once the zenroast became hot. Just move the beans gently not to stay at the bottom.
